DeHuiTang (德慧堂) is committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy applies to all purchases made through our WooCommerce store at shop.reversefate.com.
1. Digital Products (Fortune Telling, AI Readings)
Digital products including but not limited to BaZi readings, I Ching divinations, dream interpretations, and AI-generated fortune reports are non-refundable once delivered, as they are personalized services that cannot be returned.
2. Physical Products (Talismans, Ritual Items)
Physical products may be refunded under the following conditions:
- 7-day return window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Unused condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Customer pays return shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
